About The Project
Construction of two stages of a 46 lot residential estate at Paxton over two stages. Typical subdivision works included bulk earthworks cut to fill for a detention basin, construction of approximately 6,000m2 of asphalt pavement, stormwater draining, installation of sewer, water, electrical and NBN services, 250m2 of retaining walls, widening of existing roads under traffic control and landscaping.
This project was constructed through an existing creek line requiring construction of a four cell culvert of 1300mm diameter concrete pipes.
Extensive management of the site was required in order to facilitate construction through a live creek, including installation of temporary bypass of the creek line. Construction also required relocation of an existing sewer line with live sewer flows.
